Sugarloft is inspired by the Cuban bakeries that fill the palm tree-lined streets of Miami. Growing up, waiting in line for a box of warm pastelitos and a loaf of crusty bread was a Saturday morning ritual. Add in a café con leche and it’s the best breakfast you’ll ever have (we’ll wager you a danish). When we traded Miami’s sandy beaches for Atlanta’s dogwoods and winding avenues, we longed for a taste of home. From the cramped kitchen of our house with the crooked chimney, Sugarloft started to take shape. Whether it’s Cuban classics like guava pastelitos, or feel-good, homestyle treats like key lime pie, we believe the most important ingredients are quality and authenticity. Sugarloft is the culture of flavors, friends and family we grew up with and we’re excited to share it with you. Buen provecho, Atlanta!
